I have been planning to open up a stall to sell my handmade stuff since two years ago. Yohoo!! at last with friends pestering me .. I did it two days ago... I have been kinda sceptical about selling my stuff coz' it's the paperless era..the devil side of my blain tells me, people are more incline to e cards and not handmade stuff!! surprisingly, there are lots of them out there looking for personalised stuff for their loved ones and friends!! i wished i designed more cards..i'm so looking forward to next week 'i love bazaar' at subang parade..do drop by as i will be having lots of MOTHER'S DAY cards!!

I'm a big fan of flowers, butterflies, swirls and all the girly stuff when I comes to designing. My sister is a big fan of quirky stuff... I'm not quite sure if this is quirky? What do u think? Any ideas to quirky stuff? Drop me a note and share some quirky idea of yours...

The butterfly printed on a tranparency..Swirls are not totally glued on the card to give it a 3D effect!!

I cut the flower with my new cutting machine the Pazzles Inspiration.. drew it myself  n the machine did the magic cutting..it's an amazing cutting machine!!

e-card?e-mail?sms? what happen to a simple personalised card or note to someone?

As I just started this blog, my youngest sister told me to link my blog to older peoplxe (she is 20years old)!! helo!! what do you mean by older people (i'm 36)? She said people her age are not into cards. It kept me thinking for hours..what happen to those days where there were no emails,ecards or even a mobile to sms someone..but we wrote letters, send cards..it was all through mail and not emails!!

I was always eager waiting at the mail box outside my house, hoping to get a mail from someone. And I would cut the stamps out and put it in my album..I made friends all around the world and the way we communicated were through letters. I still keep them in my little box!! So why do I still make cards? I believe it's more personalise and it put a smile on someone face..and one day, I can show it to my kids or maybe grandchild!!(does anyone keep a love letter through email??i doubt so!!)

Call me old fashion all you want..here is where my passion lies and I will continue creating beautiful cards!!
